Meet Our Doctors
The two people behind MSD
Get to know Dr. Dillon and Dr. Shantall before your first visit.

Dr. Matthew Dillon, DDS, MAGD, FICOI
Co-Founder · Restorative, Implant & Surgical Dentistry
“My role is to give patients clarity — so they understand their options, feel confident in their decisions, and know exactly what to expect.”
Dr. Dillon focuses on the restorative, implant, and surgical side of dentistry — rebuilding worn or broken teeth, placing and restoring implants, and building care around comprehensive diagnosis and long-term stability. Patients often mention how gently he works and how clearly he explains each step before it happens. By integrating digital imaging, 3D scanning, and advanced in-house technology, he adds precision and predictability while keeping treatment thoughtful and appropriate.
At the University of Florida, Dr. Dillon held a full academic scholarship and graduated in the top 10% of his class, earning induction into Phi Kappa Phi — before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at NYU College of Dentistry.
He has earned Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD) — the Academy’s highest distinction, reached by only a small fraction of dentists — along with Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI). He has also completed advanced training through the Kois Center and the Stanley Institute.
Raised in a South Florida family rooted in healthcare and public service, he developed an early appreciation for accountability, trust, and clear communication. Outside the office, he enjoys time with his family, playing lacrosse, and supporting animal welfare.
Dr. Shantall Di Loreto, DDS
Co-Founder · Prevention, Hygiene & Alignment
“I focus on how patients feel throughout their visit — creating an experience that’s comfortable, supportive, and genuinely positive from start to finish.”
Dr. Shantall focuses on preventive care, orthodontics, hygiene-centered dentistry, and comprehensive treatment planning. Patients describe her as attentive, grounded, and easy to talk to — she listens carefully, explains thoughtfully, and makes sure each person feels heard. She’ll show you a digital preview of where your smile is heading and answer every question along the way.
She has straightened hundreds of smiles and loves the boost in confidence that comes with them — and being part of a dental journey many patients are nervous to begin. She’s confident that clear aligners are a great option for patients young and old to enjoy broad, bright smiles. She’s also fascinated by the science of how teeth break down, and by finding smarter ways to help patients through the everyday frustrations — recurring cavities, gum disease, treatment that doesn’t last — that lead some people to give up on professional dental care altogether.
During her undergraduate studies at Nova Southeastern University, she earned consistent Dean’s List recognition, and her academic record opened doors to several prestigious dental programs before she completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at NYU College of Dentistry. She has completed advanced training through the Kois Center and orthodontic education through Progressive Orthodontics.
Raised by two physicians, she developed an early appreciation for empathy, preparation, and patient advocacy. She cares for patients in English and Spanish, and outside the office she’s deeply committed to community involvement and animal rescue. She loves working with Dr. Dillon to engineer healthy, beautiful smiles in a comfortable environment.

The team behind your care
The people who make it all run
Behind every visit is a small, dedicated team that keeps your care personal, organized, and easy.
Manny
Dental Assistant & Technology Lead
A Coral Springs local and FIU grad, Manny is our resident tech wiz and the doctors’ right hand — chairside for your care and the person who keeps our technology running smoothly. He’s been a driving force in MSD’s growth from the very start. Catch him between appointments and he’ll happily talk South Florida sports with you.
Julianna
Patient Coordinator
Often the first voice new patients hear, Julianna coordinates appointments and treatment behind the scenes. She works off-site, but she makes sure every visit is scheduled, organized, and easy — right from your first call. Warm, unflappable, and endlessly organized, she has a gift for making people feel looked after before they ever sit in the chair.
Two doctors, one plan
Better care when two dentists actually coordinate
The reason we practice together is simple: you get better care when two dentists actually coordinate. On anything significant, we both weigh in before you decide.
Outside the office
Real people, invested in this community
We think who your dentists are matters as much as where they trained — so here’s a little of what we care about when we’re not in the operatory.
Lifting up small business
Dr. Shantall enjoys connecting with and supporting fellow small business owners throughout Coral Springs and Parkland. Through local networking and community involvement, she has built relationships with entrepreneurs, professionals, and families who care deeply about strengthening the community they call home.
Animal rescue, every week
Dr. Dillon and Dr. Shantall volunteer weekly with the Humane Society of Broward County, caring for abandoned and homeless animals. It’s a cause close to both of them — and a good picture of how they show up in general: consistently, for those who need it.

Lacrosse, community & giving back
Dr. Dillon has played with the Parkland Buzzards, a North Broward men’s lacrosse league, since 2020. Competing alongside players younger and older has brought him good friends and a real sense of community outside of dentistry — a big part of what drew him to this area. Staying active matters to him personally, too: he believes in leading by example and embracing health, in the office and outside of it.
Off the field, he and his brother, Dr. David Dillon, collect and donate gear so youth who might be new to the game can pick up a stick without the cost getting in the way. A dental practice, he figures, should be part of the neighborhood — not just located in it.
